India has not only faced the COVID-19 crisis with great resilience and fortitude but has also initiated a more broad-based growth recovery amid contained infections and faster vaccination. The turnaround and revival were made possible due to the numerous initiatives of the governments at the centre and the states with the industry taking the leap of faith to push for growth. 

In an organization, the CFO plays a strong, central role, in stabilizing the business and positioning it to thrive when conditions improve. The CFO is the leader, who most directly contributes to a company’s financial health and organizational resilience day to day. 

Against this background, CII Southern Region is organizing the 12th edition of The India Finance Forum (TIFF) virtually as a follow up to the CFO Excellence Awards 2021  with the theme, ‘Beyond Resilience: Turnaround & Transformation” on 27 & 28 January 2022. The forum serves as a platform for ideation and action bringing together some of the best minds in the forefront of industry and policy arena in order to exchange information, discuss emerging challenges and strategize for growth and transformation.
