The 28th annual edition of CII IQ flagship event‘CII Quality Summit’ celebrates India's march on Quality of goods, services and governance, thereby defining the future agenda for India Inc.. 

The CII Institute of Quality (CII IQ) is India's premier Center of Excellence, imparting multi-faceted interventions for capacity building with Quality as key focus area. Over the past three decades, the Institute has led the national journey of Quality and Excellence by imparting the highest standards of training and advisory services on subjects as wide as industrial quality practices, quality in governance, Business Excellence, Total Productive Maintenance, Standards and Conformity Assessment, Quality in Education and Healthcare Services. These efforts have helped transform the quality landscape of India and continue to provide high value contemporary services by collaborating with leading global organizations such as the EFQM, JIPM, ANSI, BSI, NIE and many others.

The theme for the 28th CII Quality Summit is 'Quality Movement 4.0: Competitive, Inclusive & Self Reliant India' that will see the confluence of the foremost thought leaders from India and overseas.

The transformative changes happening in business and industry, led by digitization of products and processes are changing paradigms of business functions and of market behaviour. On the one hand powerful digital technologies are re-engineering processes, and on the other the power of information to customers is reshaping brand and value propositions. Corporates, institutions, sectors, nations are discovering endless possibilities enabled by newer technologies that can be tailored to enhance quality of lives, provide livelihood opportunities, citizen well-being, critically and the quality of governance

The 28th Global Quality Summit examines the role of Quality in a world driven by smart and digital processes, especially on the imperatives and drivers that will be essential to ensure the integrity, ethics and value systems of the new age dispensations.
