ABOUT EVENT

Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in collaboration with the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India is organising a Webinar on Implementation and Inculcation of Y-Break (Yoga break) for the corporate sector, at 1000 hrs on 25 February 2022 on the digital platform.  The deliberations would focus on various aspects that includes boosting employee morale; reduce burnout and improve focus; improve stress management; mitigate common symptoms of sitting at the computer/laptop, including carpal tunnel, "tech neck", and back pain; boost employee immune system and improve workplace productivity.

Yoga is an ancient practice that builds strength and awareness and brings together the mind and body.  It enables one to confront the innermost mental blocks and helps embrace creative and unique ways of problem-solving. The increased self-confidence makes one surer of oneself, allowing to be confident in our professional decisions. Amidst this pandemic, the traditional system of Yoga has been established as a means to boost immunity, improve overall health and well-being. It is a technique that brings an improvement on mental and physical level by means of posture, breathing control methods and silencing the mind through meditation
