The economy of Agriculture sector in India is set to improve with new directions and policy imperatives. As you are aware that the agriculture sector is one of the booming sectors which is under a revolution by new technologies, which seems quite favourable that would move this sector to the next level of farm productivity and profitability. Moreover, in view of the environment, new technologies are increasingly being used on farms to maintain the sustainability of farm production.
With this background, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing a major Conference on Agri sector “Agri-Tech” with a theme: “Future of Food – Innovation in Managing Demand and Supply Disruptions” on Tuesday, 16th November 2021 over the Digital Platform (CII HIVE).
The conference will focus on creating an enabling ecosystem for fostering innovation and adoption of Agri-tech across the value chain, sustainable production, and intensification trends, unlocking the potential of the food processing sector and linking India to the global value chain. The conference would bring together sector leaders, experts, key stakeholders, and policy makers to discuss and deliberate on the evolving scenario in agriculture and food value chain.
