To discuss the disruption in school and university level conventional education and its impact on the technology landscape, learning outcomes, academic calendars and industry recruitments, CII is doing a education summit cum exhibition titled ‘Redefining Education for the Emerging World’ from 25 June onwards on a virtual platform.
This appropriately timed 10-day intervention will combine both school and higher education under one umbrella. There will be policy dialogue with Centre as well as state governments plus a whole host of activities such as workshops, masterclasses etc. The aim would be to highlight the myriad changes in curriculum and pedagogy propelled by the loss in physical mobility. There will be discussions on the impact of corona-induced downturn, its effect on recruitment and hiring.
