CII has been organizing the CII Governance Series, aimed at facilitating dissemination of changing trends of corporate governance by way of holding interactive sessions with CEOs focusing on governance, transparency, ethics and trust – fostering a culture of good governance in true letter and spirit.
Furthering this important initiative, CII along with National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG – Ministry of Corporate Affairs led initiative) have launched the CII Governance Series 2021.
In continuation of series, the second Session is with Mr Nasser Munjee, Chairman, DCB Bank.
This is scheduled on Friday, 19th March 2021 from 1000 – 1105 hrs on virtual platform.
The Theme for Mr Munjee’s session is “Enhancing accountability and rebuilding trust – Role of Independent Director”
