CII has been organizing the CII Governance Series, aimed at facilitating dissemination of changing trends of corporate governance by way of holding interactive sessions with CEOs focusing on governance, transparency, ethics and trust – fostering a culture of good governance in true letter and spirit.
Furthering this important initiative, CII along with National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG) launched the CII Governance Series 2022 (a series of four interactive sessions) in a virtual mode.
PwC India, Kroll & BSE are partnering with CII on this initiative.
The first session of the series was held with Mr K V Kamath, Past President, CII & Chairman, National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development on 25 January 2022. The second session of the series was held with Mr Rishad Premji, Executive Chairman, Wipro Limited on 23 February 2022.
In continuation with the series, the Third Session is with Mr Mohandas Pai, Chairman, Manipal Global Education Services on Monday, 14 March 2022 from 1000 – 1100 hrs.
