Today, India and the world is dealing with its largest humanitarian crisis, due to the pandemic and its far-reaching impact on the businesses, and this is causing significant disruption across the economic and the social threads of the country.
In all this mayhem, the Human Resources Function is facing a dynamic and complex challenge i.e. the capability to deal with the Workforce & the ecosystem surrounding them. The New Normal calls for reinvention of HR strategies across spectrums – whether its skills, or work formats or holistic wellbeing – the whole nine-yards of an organization’s Hire to Retire model.
On this backdrop, CII Western Region is organizing the First Edition of the CII Western Region HR Conclave 2021: "Shaping the New Normal : The Future of Work". This 2-day summit will witness CEOs, Industry Experts and HR Thought Leaders from across geographies and industries, who will come together to share their secrets and expertise on thriving in the New Normal, keeping Human, at the core of the conversations.
