These include Migration and Mobility Partnership Agreements (MMTAs) with the UK, France, Portugal, and eMigrate platform, and created a network of 31 Pre-Departure Orientation Training centers across India. There is a need to augment these efforts at the diplomatic and institutional levels. The emphasis must be on creating a multi-skilled, globally agile, and deployment-ready workforce, with flexible and fungible skills.
