Customer experience has emerged as the single most important aspect in achieving success for all organisations, regardless of their size, sector, products, and business models. Building a customer-centric culture to provide value-adding, positive customer experience consistently across the value chain is one of the major imperatives of all organisations.
The new era of digitalization has further pushed enterprises to rethink the way they operate, introduce, adopt digital channels, and redefine business models. It has necessitated Indian industry, including SMEs to embrace technology in a much faster pace to attend to customers’ needs, sustain and grow their businesses.
With the above backdrop, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing a Conference on Building Customer Excellence that will focus on best consumer practices adopted by industry to drive businesses - in digital era towards enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
Coinciding with the Conference, CII will also organise an Awards Ceremony of its 5th edition of CII Awards for Customer Obsession. The Awards would recognise and reward companies which have displayed best practices and set a benchmark of Excellence in Customer Satisfaction for a large number of industries to thrive adopting these best practices
